I was on this forum because I was having the same issue with a Toshiba A75 "Laptop", and I tried everything on here and on other forums and no luck. I actually just accessed the integrated wireless card panel from the bottom and removed it from its slot and disconnected the wireless wires connected and put it back on. So this has worked for me and my machine post perfectly now. Good luck to all and I hopefully this will be helpful too you.

I did try all that, and it didnt work, on a 5050 acer built on a 3100 gabinet.
I think that the problem is that the cardreader chip is not well glued to the motherboard, that's why it gives you that error. If you try pressing certain points of the computer while booting, it miraculously stops giving that conflict error.
We should be payed back by Acer, as this is an project issue =P

It sounds like your integrated wireless may be malfunctioning. You can disable the wireless from inside of the case and see if it boots up without the error message. If it works, then I would recommend purchasing an external wireless card as a replacement instead of having to replace the motherboard.
You can also try flashing the BIOS but I would definately try solution #1 first. Flashing the BIOS should be last resort!
Please let me know if you have any questions.
