This means the control panel has been locked and it will have to be unlocked before you can use the dryer. To unlock the control panel; press and release the Option and Select buttons at the same time.

seconds or until the "LOC" on the display is cleared. Locking the
control is done the same way it is unlocked.
HI. This is a simple lockout feature that will allow you to prevent accidental starts or stops when children are present. It can be initiated by pressing the Options and Select buttons at the same time for ten seconds. This will initiate the lockout feature and the letters "LOC" will appear on your display. To remove the control lock out, simply, press the Options and Select buttons together once again at the same time and hold them for 10 seconds. This will release the lock out and the letters "LOC" will disappear.
