I have had money taken from my acount by vendosupport.com do not know why or who they are

This site does not deal in these issues. You need to contact either your credit card issuer or the company that charged the fee in order to find out what your options are.

If this was a fraudulent charge, just call the phone number on the back of the card (or from their website if you don't have the card anymore).

If not a fraudulent charge:
1. you may want to contact your bank and ask for a solution, as they may send you a check if a credit is applied to the closed account.

2. Contact customer support at vendosupport.com. Explain the situation and ask if they can send you a check to the same billing address that was used for the credit card. You can contact them via phone or live chat. Both can be found here: http://vendosupport.com/help/phone-support

Notify whoever is sending the money, be it a charge card or paypal or such. Tell them you are being robbed.

Call your credit card company and tell them it was a fraud charge. Your credit card company will ensure that they don't charge your card again and they can refund you the money for the fraud charge.

Report them to the better business bureau which has a website that deals with fraudulent companies. You can also try and contact vendosupport.com, but you probably have already done this. I was charged for a product I never received once and the better business bureau resolved it for me and I got my money back.

Vendo is a company that offers online ticketing system for website(such as support requests with a unique ticket ID etc.,). I believe that is what you are being billed for . You can contact them via this form to terminate your subscription for the service
