It may be they have been sending the fax several times using ring back, if you go into the menu there is a setting to clear memory this should stop the copies.

Have you checked if there are any Documents Stuck in Queue to print ? ( under Control panel - Printer and faxes folder )

Click on Start button

Type SERVICES.MSC and click ok
look for Print Spooler in the list
highlight Print Spooler,
Click on STOP button then click on START

In the black window type
NET STOP SPOOLER ( hit enter button )
Type
NET START SPOOLER ( hit enter button )

Repeat the Stop and START Command 4-5 times

Memory is full

Please follow this instructions; i don't know whether you've disconnected or not but it's been disconnected from my side. So i just wanna give some more hints to fix your problem;

Press the Menu key on the control panel.
Press the Up or Down Arrow key until Fax appears on the LCD.
Then, press OK.
Press the Up or Down Arrow key until Remote Fax Opt or
Advanced Fax Operation appears and press OK.
Press the Up or Down Arrow key until Fwd/Page/Store or
Forward/Store appears and press OK.
Press the Up or Down Arrow key until Off appears and press OK.
If you have faxes stored in the memory, you will receive a message that reads Erase All Fax? 1. Yes 2. No.

If you want to erase all the faxes in the memory without printing them out, press 1 (Yes) and then press Stop/Exit.
Or
If you would like to reprint the saved faxes, press 2 (No), press
Stop/Exit and continue to the following steps for instructions on how to print stored faxes.
If you do need the features that require Fax Storage to be On, the stored faxes will need to be erased or printed to remove them from the memory and to allow additional memory to be available. Follow these steps to print the stored faxes:
Press the Menu key.
Press the Up or Down Arrow key until Fax appears on the LCD.
Then, press OK.
Press the Up or Down Arrow key until Remote Fax Opt or
Advanced Fax Operation appears and press OK.
Press the Up or Down Arrow key until Print Fax or Print Document appears and press OK.
Press Black(Mono) Start.
After printing is finished, press Stop/Exit.
Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.
