Check the wiring harness connector to make sure you didn't knock it off. Also, you can try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes to see if it will reset itself.
I hope this helps.

My 2005 Buick LeSabre custom front wheels will not turn left what causes that

Are these standard rims and tyres or are they something that you bought to change the look of your vehicle?
On standard rims and tyres the steering and scrubbing problems could be a suspension or steering rack issue.
Non-Standard Rims and tyres mean it could simply be that you have fitted the wrong wheel setup for your vehicle. You cannot put a random set of wheels on your vehicle. There are several things you need to check first to stop causing loads of problems. Things like brake calliper and rotor clearance, Rim Offset, rim width and actual tyre size.

Usually, the CV boots on the rack and pinion. and sometimes the drive axles can go bad and they leak grease. Sometimes, they "explode" which means they rip or tear, and the only thing to do is replace the CV boot.

Hello My 1996 discoverys steering is very very stiff especially when turning right. This problem dissappears soon after the vehicle starts to move. The problem started two days ago. steering fluid level...

hi.
if the fluid level is ok, then there is probably not a leak in the system.
check the tyre pressures are correct as underinflated tyres can make the steering heavy, as well as increasing tyre wear.
if the tyre pressures and fluid levels are ok then check the belt driving the power steering pump is ok.
other problems include a bad power steering pump. a faulty rack, or siezed joints on the struts.

i can't sat whay the carbon part is, however the other part does sound like your power steering pump. by removing the tyre you should see two belts, the slim one runs to your power steering pump and the other runs to the alternator above the power steering pump, fingers crossed you just snapped the belt otherwise contact a local breakers for a new power steering pump.

Golf 3 gsx no powersteering , steering very stiff

Have you checked the tyre pressures. If you have no power steering a flat tyre will make tunning the wheels hard due to more turnning rsistance. Also a seized ball joint some where would also make steering hard.Hope this helps

Change of wheels and tyres on VW Golf

no i  can assure you the vw golf is very well made and will take those wheels on the car without any problems at all, it will also add a little more traction as the tyres will be wider so the car will handle the road a little better, i presume that vw are trying to rip you off as you seem a little vunerable but i think that it would not be a problem at all, hope that helps

Golf mk3 pulls to the left

First check your tyre pressures. If they check out ok, try wheel alignment. The fact that your steering wheel does not centre may mean its had new track rod ends or steering rack and hasn,t been aligned properly.
