I Recently bought a new BL - 4C Battery. One of m friends suggested that i drain the battery completely on the 1st day so I did! In the morning when I put it on charge and tried to start it up, it wouldn't start! I tried taking out the battery waiting and then putting it back again. P.S: Phone I have is Nokia 6300c

li-lon batterys like other batterys burn out over time they stop holding as much power as capable the fix is easy buy a new battery and it will restore you to full power

IMEI numbers are not for batteries they are UNDER the batteries written on the cellphone and they are used to track cellphone not BATTRIES

Do NOT turn it on. remove battery, bury in Tupperware bowl of rice and seal . leave 3 weeks as rice will absorb all the moisture in the phone.
If you HAVE tried to turn it on, you are most likely SOL now.

aftermarket stereo? dome lights? car alarm? Use a multimeter and see what fuse has power draw when car is off.
