Anyone has comment on KitchenAid wall and microwave oven combo - KEMS308SSS? I would like to hear some comment on the oven before I place an order.
After using the microwave for a month, the amount of time to heat has increased significantly. For example, 1 cup water now takes 3 minutes to reach 158 deg and 4 min-40 sec to reach boiling (212 deg)
This model KEMS308SSS02 was installed in July 2008 in a new condo. It was never used until Feb. 2011 when we moved in as the first owners.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Have had this oven for 8 years. At least three times, usually after using the clean cycle in the main oven, the latch mechanism has broke and the oven door will not open. In March they installed a 'new design' to prevent this. It's seven months later, and it broke again. Has anyone had similar experiences? How did you resolve?

Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux wall oven/microwave combination is stuck in demo mode. The best way to remove demo mode from your wall oven/microwave combo is to hold the oven light button and the on/off keys at the same time and you should be able to toggle in and out of demo mode. well i just bought one in november 5 2011, and since then i had a problem with my microwave, and still not fix...it doesn't stop after the tiem runs out,you have to press stop or open the door to have it stop, and the y cant find the problem, and they have a poor client service and makes you feel like you are the problem. If i were you i would choose something else then this...
