ERROR CODE F05 KEEPS COMING UP after machine runs about 3 minutes then it drains

Is the outlet pipe blocked. Check this as sometimes the water gets backed up and this is sensed and an error is displayed

In your service manual it states F05 - Pressure switch jammed on full many times I find this is due to a blockage in the drain line and if you take and clean out the drain line it usually alleviates the problem most of the time due to this error. I also find that while doing this it is best to also check the drain line that comes off the water opump as well as the one that goes from the bottom of the tub to the pump as well. Also checking the pumps impellar that it does spin freely assures future useage without problems for a much longer time with your washer. If you have any further questions message them back. Error F5 means that the pressure switch is jammed on full. This may have happened due to blockage or obstruction in drain hose. To be sure check whether hose is plugged, if not then remove lower rear panel of the washer. Now you would be able to see drain pump and a large black hose on bottom of drum. Remove the hose from the pump; remember to keep a container near you to collect the water from the filter/pump. Remove and clean the drain filter connected with the pump and hose. Clean the pump and let it dry for a while. Now restart the washer after 2-5 minutes and your issue would be resolved.

"F02" is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a "SUDS" error may also be generated as a secondary error. This is an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:

1. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
2. Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.

If the above procedures do not correct the problem, it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the drain pump

f05 means blockage and cannot drain-switch off at mains to reset error-turn to drain if pump runs but dont drain filter in sump blocked/if no pump action then somthing is jammed inn pump

F05 on an Indesit washing machine means "Pressure switch jammed on trip"

As is often the case, knowing the error code is one thing, but findng the cause is another because error codes often have several possible causes. The wording of the error code explanation suggests the pressure switch clicked on to register a water level, but when the water was drained away it remained on instead of turning off. I would guess there could be a blockage in the pressure system, or the pressure switch could be faulty. Also, if the water didn't drain properly it would cause the pressure switch to stay on too. Finally, the Indesit washing machines PCB's can give erroneous errors where the fault turns out to be with the pcb itself. This makes things very difficult if you don't have access to replacement PCB's to try.

Basically, I would keep an eye on the washing machine and try it again. If it reoccurrs then clearly it needs sorting, but if it doesn't it might have just been one of those things.
