how is your phone locked? is it network locked or security locked? if it is network locked you can try unlocking it through codes. you can get the codes from any of the service provider like Mobile-Unlocker.com. if it is secuirty locked, try the defauld codes. if it didnt help you need to reset your phone. buy the software to reset your phone tht supports your phone.
