Hi, How do i remove the two drum barings i,ve tried drifting from the back of thr drum but it won,t budge a millimetre?

Not an easy job. The whole tub needs removed from the machine. And if possible the tub needs split in 2, this gives access to the inner bearing. The bearings need to be removed using bearing pullers. If the tub cant be split then you will need to replace the tub. Would advise getting a professional to carry out the work.

Hotpoint WF220P has become very noisy during spin, especially at high revs. Can it be worn brushes or motor, or bearings? Otherwise all is OK.

Remove drive belt, and spin drum by hand, if it feels rough or noisy, then the main drum bearings are worn.
If no noise from drum, could be a motor prob.
Please rate ,my solution.
Thanks.

I need to remove the bearings from the drum of my washing machine how do i do it

Its not impossible but a real battle without the correct tools. If at the back of your washer, you have the main arm assembly, then firstly remove the belt and then the pulley.Undo the nuts holding the assembly and in short, pull that assembly off by pulling it towards yourself. Once off, you will see the bearings and seal that need to be replaced. Once done, reassemble carefully and god luck.

The drum bangs on the spin

Two possibles for this are aloose balance block or cracked drum spider. The front block is most prone to coming loose.
To check spider rotate drum little by little and pull towards you to check for movement.
Post back if further help needed.
Thankyou
