Our American Standard kitchen faucet has become hard to swing from one side of the sink to the other. What could be causing this? Is there a bad part?

How to install an American Standard goose neck 2 handled kitchen faucet, is there a step by step instructions with diagram?

American Standard has the Installation Guide for some of their kitchen faucets on each product's page. A list of some of their two-handle kitchen faucets is available here: https://www.americanstandard-us.com/kitchens/kitchen-faucets?No.%20of%20Handles=Two&page=1&plimit=21 . Home Depot has the Installation Guide for the Heritage wall-mount faucet with Goose Neck spout on the product page: https://www.homedepot.com/p/American-Standard-Heritage-2-Handle-Wall-Mount-Kitchen-Faucet-in-Polished-Chrome-with-Gooseneck-Spout-7293-252-002/100080273 . The current link to the guide is https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfimages/de/deca2fce-73fc-47a2-acb5-efc7232dac17.pdf .

These are standard plumbing installation guides. They condense most of the steps of the hardware install into one diagram/step of the guide.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please add more information on the style of your faucet. (Is it a wall-mounted faucet or a sink-mounted faucet?)

9092301(352627 American Standard Olvera) kitchen faucet swings back to middle and won't stay in position if put to left or right.

Hello, It sounds like a hose may be twisted, or simply may not be secure to countertop/sink may need to be tightened. Careful not to over tighten.

Yes, it's possible for almost any product to be bad straight out of the box.

Either remove the faucet and return it for an exchange or replace the ceramic cartridge.

When dishwasher is running, water leaks under base of our American Standard Colony model soft two-handle kitchen faucet into cabinet beneath sink

Is there an air gap next to the faucet that is leaking. If so, it is probably clogged. Pull the cap off of it and clean it out. This is what it may look like before you take the cap off.

American standard kitchen faucet roars when hot water turned on

Not the aerator at all as this part would act the same if hot or cold.

Have you checked the shut-off valves under the sink? Sometimes just turning them a bit in either direction will solve that problem (will only be the case if it have been shut off at the valve recently).

Also, maybe the supply line on the hot side have been kinked?

Hope this helps
