Go to www.download.com type malwarebytes anti-malware and install ccleaner, run cleaner first, and run a full scan with malwarebytes, and defrag your hard drive.

everybody starts from being slow in typing,thats definitely ok,because you can eventually you will learn how to do it fast,the best advise that i could give you is do a typing test everyday,
give time for it,atleast 30 minutes,it applies on me,ebcause now,somehow i can type faster than before,and still doing some practice to make my typing stills much better.

there is generally a clutch for the blades, made with a spring loaded pulley or electrical device. when you move the lever (pulley type) or move the switch (electrical type) it engages the belt which drives the blades. You have a problem there and someone with mechanical skills needs to look at it and repair it. I suspect a spring loaded pulley type, it sounds like someone took the belt off and put it back on wrong. There is no magic button to fix this.

Normally this problem is due to poor electrolytic capacitors on the power-supply board.
The faulty components can be seen to have swollen tops/liquid leakage..
If you have the necassary skills you can replace them, but use 105 degree, low ESR versions types for long term reliability.
