Hello Marcappraisa the code that your tv set is giving you means that your tv set is having a problem in the horizontal circuit which is causing your tv set to act this way, this problem could be caused by different components in that circuit such as a capcitor or the junghle IC in that circuit, what i would suggest is to have a tech come out and service your tv set and let you know how much is the repair going to be, thank you very much for using fixya and i am pretty sure that your problem is coming from the horizontal high voltage circuit thank you again.
