SOURCE: how do you get STRENGTH in pokemon leaf green?

try pokedream.com

or

you can find str in fire red and leaf green, go to safari zone found in fuschia city then find the items. .

items contained in Itemballs in the Safari Zone include the Gold Teeth, Leaf Stone, Protein, TM11 - Sunny Day, TM47 - Steel Wing, and TM32 - Double Team. After finding the two "mission" items listed above, head to the Warden's house (the house with a mailbox next to it) in the eastern part of the city. Give the Warden the Gold Teeth, and he'll give you HM04 - Strength. Teach the new HM to a Pokemon, and move the boulder that's blocking the Itemball. Then pick up the Rare Candy.

the teeth is located neer the end of safari zone. . .
the warden is located at the house neer the Pokemon center . . . the house where their is a little pond. . .

I downloaded Pokemon leaf green version and it's not working.

Have you tried another ROM? The one you're using could be faulty. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of whatever emulator you are using. A popular one is Visual Boy Advance.

I am stuck in a cave in pokemon chaos black version of gb advance sp

you need to use the game shark code for the walk through walls cheat to get through Mt. Moon, after that it continues playing as if you were playing pokemon fire red/leaf green but with the other pokemon, i think.

Screen blackout in s.s. anne

I have the same problem, and I bought the game off of eBay too.
The way I solved was to have my friend (who has FireRed), trade me a Pokemon which knows Cut. You cannot actually get the HM, however, but you can go through the game perfectly with that Pokemon. The game is bugged, but only in that specific event. Just skip it and trade with a friend or yourself. Hope this helps!
