Manual did state what the pads were used for. No information on what pads came with and how to use.

Find a site for replacement pads, It should tell you what each pad is good for, also buffer dressings, rouge bars, come in different grits.

Can a 7 1/4" circular saw blade be used to replace

Some furniture shops used 7 1/4 circular saw blade for other brands of circular saw. Based on my experienced it's applicable as long their is clearance for the blade not touch the adjustable safety cover of the unit. Thanks for asking FixYa.
