E-125: Starting. . . ........... / Freezing up

Hey all, I've got a Casio E-125 and it either will freeze right at the Starting...... screen or while I'm using it, then when I try to restart it just freezes again. I've tried everything I can think of including some things I read on this board for other simular but different problems but to no avail. Any help anyone could give would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Try resetting. Use ur stylus and press the reset button for about 3 seconds. See if that works for ya.

It could be overheating. That will cause problems such as freezing and crashing. Make sure that there is airflow from the exhaust.

The main screen is freezing...can't get it past the Literati screen. Reset won't work.

Hey bluzecky, I have this issue as well. After exhausting my options, customer service is now sending out a package for me to return my Literati for a replacement. I was advised to drain the battery and recharge it fully to see if that makes any difference, which I'm in the process of doing right now. Hope either of these options may help.

I have a V3 razar ana it's not coming on. It's just freezing on the hellomoto screen when it's starting up.

hey just get it flashed by computer you will find one in mobile market it will cost you 50-100 rupees only

Freezing 360, vibrating controller, colored lines on screen.

3 red lights is the red ring of death, 4 means your AV cable is disconnected. If it freezes up though, you have a bad DVD player in it. I would send it back.

My iriver e100 keeps freezing. I tried making a playlist and as soon as I select a song to listen to out of the playlist, the screen freezes and no music plays...

Hey guys,

I had a similiar problem. Apparently when you download music from limewire etc. and upload the music to your iriver, you can upload viruses also. Limewire is very dodgy for this. I'd say delete those songs that are freezing from your player and computer, they may be infected and causing the freeze.

Help with E125!

Before turning off the device close all applications running in the background. If this solves your problem it is time to do a full cleanup & adding some application like Gigabar or KillMe to help you quickly close the unused applications to free required memory.
