Posted on Jul 14, 2011

BH 503 bluetooth headset is detected on my phone but it doesn't get paired with the 0000 pairing code. Is this a comparability issue. My phone model is Sony Ericsson Satio U1i with Symbian OS.

Vsidharth I had the same problem with my satio.. i fixed it,

what to do is pair your bh-503 then click on auto connect.. now click on bh-503 a menu pops up look for set unauthorised.. turn it on
now turn off your ear phones and back on, your satio will say connect, and will now give you the option to enter your pair code 0000.. once you done that, your ready to go.. hope this helps

I am not able to pair my nokia bh-503 with my samsung galaxy ace. Please help me.

Try to put your headset in pairing mode first. Starting with it turned off, press and hold the multifunction key until the indicator light is flashing quickly in blue. Then, bring your phone and headset close to each other, and, on the phone, go to 'Menu > Settings > Wireless & network' and check the 'Bluetooth' checkbox. Then, tap 'Bluetooth settings > Scan for devices'. After a little while, your headset should appear on the bottom of the screen. Tap over it to make it pair. If a pairing code (or PIN or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros, without the quotes). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. It should appear in the paired devices list on your phone as connected. If you tap and hold over it and tap 'Options', you will be able to select your headset services.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can assist you any further.
Regards, Carlos

Nokia BH-213 unable to Pired with Nokia E-63,it stopped suddenly

I also experienced the same problem. After trial and error I realized that the bluetooth device needs to be reset to fix this issue. You may reset the bluetooth device by deleting the pairings from the headset or reseting the headset. Switch off the headset, and press and hold the multifunction key for over 8 seconds. Start pairing the device again. It should work fine now with default passkey 0000

Nokia 6102i will not detect my BH-600

Hey I found the solution :
1. When the headset is off, press and hold the multifunction key until the indicator light is continuously displayed.

2. Switch on your compatible phone.

3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the phone to search for Bluetooth devices.

4. Select the headset from the list of
found devices.

5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone.

In some phones you may need to make the connection separately after pairing. You only need to pair the headset with your phone once.

If the pairing is successful, the indicator light starts to flash slowly, and the headset appears in the phone menu where you can view the currently paired Bluetooth devices.

The headset is now ready for use.

Enjoy..
