Three screws. On some, there are only two screws. Some have only one screw. A few have none at all.

If there are any screws, one is nearly guaranteed to be an idle mix adjustment. With the engine warmed up & idling, turn that screw in (clockwise) 1/4 turn at a time until you can hear the idle speed drop a little. Back it out 1/4 turn and leave it alone. If the first 1/4 turn drops the idle speed, turn it OUT 1/4 turn and see if the idle speed rises more. When you get idle speed that stays the same when you make a 1/4-turn adjustment, go back to the beginning if this paragraph and repeat the first part.

If there are two or three screws, the next screw may be either an idle speed screw or a high mix screw. If it's an idle speed screw, turning it in 1/4 turn will immediately RAISE the idle speed and turning it out will LOWER the idle speed. Adjust that screw until the string head (that cuts weeds) isn't quite turning at engine idle. If it's a high mix screw, its only effect will be at full engine speed. If the engine sounds throaty, turn that screw in 1/4 turn at a time at full engine speed At some magical point, the engine sound should turn brassy. If you turn the screw in past that point, the engine will lose power because it's running too lean.

If there are three screws, then you have all three - idle mix, idle speed, and high mix.

There may be markings near the screws to identify them. Each manufacturer marks them differently, if at all. Some manufacturers simply rely on the screws' locations to indicate what they do. It'll be up to you to figure out which is which and make notes accordingly.

Most aircon system in any car usually has a sensor relay that the compressor will not continuously run if the thermostat are worn out ,if the clutch pack magnet wiring are grounded or worn out,if freon are low ,to find out which one is the problem go check the single wire connected to the clutch magnet right in front of the compressor where pulley and belt are located ,if you don't have a tester to find our that power are present all the time while. Using the aircon,you can bypass and hook another wire on it and hook it in the positive side of the battery ,while running the engine and aircon visually check the clutch magnet of the compressor if it will pop up ,if yes you have a worn out compressor magnet.

maybe it is full! usally the pump will click off when it is full! ,gauge says full whats matter?

turn the tick over screw and the air screw all the way in,
then turn the air screw out 1 full turn,
then turn the tick over screw out say 3 turns
then try and start the bike if it dos not start keep turning the tick over screw out buy 1 turn till it will tick over,

you havent stated year but look on the inlet manifold somewhere ?????? their could be a idle control valve and how it operates is it allows aiir into manifold engine side of buterfly ,this valve is stuck or gummed up or just not working .try it first and if no joy then put it into a local garage is the best i can suggest as these things can be tricky for a non professional to sort out even for someone like me with 40+ yrs experiance and i learn new things every day with these fancy electronics on modern vehicles

This sounds like a vcuum leak in one of the hoses and you can check this by getting a can of carburetor cleaner and spraying short squirts around the enging area. It the idle jumps up when spraying the try to locate why and where your sprayed. See if you can here a hissing like sucking air. Next step and you might as well check it any how is the aiir filter. Take it out and hold it to the sun or some bright light and see if the light is trying to filter through. If not and it is dark then knock it gently on something and try to get most of the dust and dirt off it. This may give it a quick fix but will need to be replaced pronto. If you are talking about the A/C light, it is most likely a bad relay. It will allow it to work sometimes, and then not others.

Start with the L or low speed screw at one turn and the H or high speed screw at two turns. To get good responce from idle play with the low speed screw. For top end engine peaking use the high speed screw. Hold the throttle wide open and turn the screw either way till you peak out the RPM'S . Hope this will be helpful. Donnyb60
