The resin watchband on my Casio GW9100 makes my wrist sweat too much and I would like to replace it with either a fabric band or a leather one. However, the pins that hold the wristband are split at the center and some bands will work themselves off. Do replacement pins exist for this watch?

It can be done and not too difficult i think but look out that the leather band ain't too wide for the band orginal place,
make sure you keep all original parts in case of toruble
Post a photo if you can after the change will be nice to see the change

Unfortunately Vicence does not do such a service, but do not panic yet, as you can go to the nearest jewellery shop and ask to fit any gold bracelet you choose. Just take your watches with you, because the jeweller will need to get measurements between case lugs and the overall length of the new bracelet and watch to fit your wrist perfectly.

Put the watch face down and examine the point where the band is connected to the watch case. you will find two holes and through them you will see sprinbar ends insertyed into watch case lugs. Take the tiny screwdriver and push the springbar end inwards,then do the same at the other lug reaching them through those holes.
Then repeat the same at the other end of the band.
Measure the distance between watch case lugs- this will be exact size for your new leather band.

If you turn the band inside out...and stretch it...you will see either 2 or 4 small tabs per section. Use a jewelers screwdriver to lift up each tab per section and slide that section out. Now it will be easy to take other sections out as you won't have to maintain pressure on the band. Reassembly is reverse order.

This band is not the sturdiest so I suggest buying an extra set because there is a good chance you will need it in the future.
