first thing you can do is to try reverting cam back to factory settings.to do that initialize the camera.it's under menu>setup settings>main settings1>initialize. after initializing, set cam to auto adjustment mode (green camera icon in mode dial). what to avoid when taking pictures:
1.subject too close (use macro if needed)
2.insufficient light
3.subject movement
4.camera movement (that's caused by you)
5.incorrect camera setting
5.incorrect camera operation
btw, before you take a picture, press the shutter button halfway down first to give the cam ample time to focus.you'll see a flashing green indicator on the screen that means cam is focusing.when the indicator stops blinking cam is ready for the shot.press shutter button all the way.review your picture.if still blurry, you may try changing iso (for dark or fast moving subject, note:the greater value the noisier the picture gets), metering mode and focus settings by going to the shooting menu (press menu when your in P or program mode). hope this helps.tnx:)
Hi! Try initializing the camera. Error 91 is a flash error in Sony cameras. It is probably a dead flash fuse on the motherboard (most common problem) or a faulty flash board. If you have a multimeter, I can help you locate and test the fuse and if you have a soldering iron - even fix it. My e-mail is [email protected]. Otherwise, you should contact your local Sony service center or other local camera service center.
Seems like your problem on greyish/blurry viewfinder is caused by the camera getting water logged. Get your cam cleaned by Nikon.
The flashing red light usually happens if you have this indicator set in the camera. This may not necessarily be an error.. just a setting that you have put in place in your menu.
flash error for sony cybershot dscw55 ERROR CODE E:91:01 1st go to SETUP MENU then select the toolbox icon 1 then select "INITIALIZE" press ok, master reset then it goes back to normal
(DOWNLOAD & SAVE PICTURES BEFORE MASTER RESET AND KNOW THAT
YOU WILL HAVE TO SET UP TIME&DATE)
1. Turn OFF cam 2. Remove the battery or the power supply 3. Turn the switch to CAMERA for about 30 sec 4. Turn the switch to OFF 5. Install the battery or power supply 6. Turn the switch to MEMORY 7. Open the LCD cover and press the RESET button ( small inner button ) 8. You will be prompt to adjust date/time. Do it 9. Take some pictures
It happened to my camera just recently too. I guess it's a zoom fault error. Anyway, I wentto the camera repair store to get it fixed and they called up Sony who then proceeded to destroy my hopes of fixing my camera...cost of repair? $298.95
I called Sony, did what they said, and now my camera is working just fine...no more blurry pics. Go to menu, click arrow right, click arrow down 3x till you get to "Setup 1," click arrow right scroll down to "Initialize," click to right, select OK, press center button. This initialized everything back to default settings and now I don't have blurry pictures anymore.
