What type of corona wire is used on Kyocera products: FS-9520, KM-4035, KM-3530, and KM-C2520. Is it 60 Micron Oxidized?

The service manual does not specify but you will probably be ok with tungsten or oxidized. If the copies look bad with one try the other. The main charge is replaced as a whole charge assembly so I can't say that I have had to restring one.

Copies black

It sounds as if the Main Corona unit is shorting out. This normally happens when you replace the toner cartridge. Please try cleaning the main corona wire.(instructions in the box)

You may clear the problem by cleaning the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by sliding the blue tab.Make sure you return the blue tab to the Home position.

Kyocera and Copystar models are the same just replace KM with CS.

The self-diagnostic function maybe able to be reset by opening and closing the front cover or by turning the machine on and off. If unable to reset the error after trying both of the previously mentioned ways call us to place a service call or place one On-line.

My kyocera FS-C5015N printer is printing all my pages with blue background, also get alot of paper jams

Reclean the cyan corona wire/grid with the cleaning block that comes with each toner.ensure that you leave the corona unit as far out of the machine as possible for 30 seconds to allow the grid to dry.If this does not work then you will need a technician to attend to the printer.

Kyocera fs 1750

First check the neck of the bottle and clean it if dirty
secondly if this does not cure the fault then the sensor in the drum assembly is probably dirty. You will ether have to strip off the end of the drum and clean the led and photo sensor or replace the drum unit.
