I have an front loading he 2t washing machine and I am getting the f21 error code. Also, the door is locked, The add garment, wash, and spin lights are on as well.

You may have a problem in the main control. Remove power to the unit for about ten minutes and see if it resets. Otherwise you may need to call a tech.

Try to unplug unit for 30 seconds if not you have a computer issue.

I think it means something is stuck in the pump

unplug the washer an the door will open

E47, no spin.
Replace the door lock.

First check your washer plug to see if the connections are tightly screwed. Next check your filter if you haven't for long.

Remove the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something shd be blocking your pump, check this out

COMPLAINT: Due to a Microcomputer Machine Control software error , the ADD-A-GARMENT feature becomes inoperative.

CORRECTION: The Microcomputer Machine Control must be replaced with a service part that has been reprogrammed to prevent ADD-A-GARMENT feature loss.

Do you have any error codes?

Does water remain in the washer after the final spin?
If water remains in the washer after the final spin, then the door will not unlock. Drain/Spin or Spin Only to remove any remaining water from the washer. The door should unlock at the end of the cycle.
Is the door locked and the Add A Garment light on?
If the Add A Garment light is on, then the washer door will unlock after the Pause/Cancel button is pressed once. Pressing the Start button will restart the washer at the same point where it left off in the cycle.
Is the door locked and the Add A Garment light off?
If the Add A Garment light is off, then the washer door will unlock after the Pause/Cancel button is pressed twice. The door will not immediately unlock while the cycle is running due to a possible high-water level in the washer, high-water temperature, tumbling or spinning. It may take up to five minutes for the washer to stop spinning and draining before the door will unlock. You will hear the door click when it unlocks.
If Pause/Cancel does not work:

1. Unplug washer or disconnect power for one minute.
2. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
3. Re-select the cycle and press Start.

NOTE: If the error remains on the display, call for service.
