Error h4 - Sharp AR-5320 Black and White Copier

Is this a Carrier 20 Infinity? I see the following service manual for it but see no H4 error code. I would be looking at the warranty, any service contract. These models apparently have intelligent control of the refrigerant built-in. I can't find a reference to an H4 error even among support pages for Carriers. but error H4 is not one of the codes listed.

Not answer my question is what is the solution for wall mounted unit Model number 18cith1 has error H4 this error meaning here mention system protection.

H4-00,is a fusing troble.maybe the heater lamp is basted, or the thermistor and thermofuse are deffective.or try to cancel by a simulation 14

H4-00 means thst the copier isn't warming up quickly enough. Try this code to reset it. Press the following buttons in this order: #, interupt, C, interupt, 1, 4 . machine will say sim 14 trouble clear are you sure. Press the OK button. This should reboot the copier. Most likely the machine is in need of a heater lamp in the fuser unit.

H4 error pertains to lamp errors.

that would either be the copy lamp or the heater lamp.

check both lamps.

with heater lamps,it's usually caused by either a broken heater lamp or a dirty thermostat on the heater roller assembly.

it is on you fusing unit of your copier, check the fuse maybe it is open already and need for replacement... H4 means that your heater lamp is not functioning
