Panasonic KX-DT333 Phone. Night Mode Transfer On It.
That would have been programmed when the system was installed. It is done from the control box not from a phone. The technicians connect a laptop to the serial port on the box and program advanced features that way using proprietary programming software from Panasonic. That is how my hotel system was done.

Sometimes you can do it from the reception phone which is the main phone nearest the box, but there is no programming manual available.
