Try some 3 in 1 oil on the tip, but that probably won't work. It sounds like your windings are being being power hogs and you might need different brushes.

Why is my DeWalt D51275 15 gauge angled finish nailer bending nails and jamming?

A few things to check - some may seem overly obvious but humor me:
1) Check your nails - make sure they are the correct angle and gauge
2) Check to make sure there is not a piece of a broken nail in the nose
3) Check the driver blade & insure it is not bent or chipped
4) Make sure the nail carrier spring is pushing nails forward and isn't getting hung up

The gun won't put out any nails anymore......It is a cordless bradnailer..

If it is the cordless Brad Nailer and will not fire nails anymore chances are the drive belt came off track. Internally those DeWalt cordless nailers operate much like a Baseball pitching machine. And when you fire a nail the drive belt pinches the driver blade which fires the nail. Here is the product documentation from DeWalt's website. http://www.dewaltservicenet.com/Products/DocumentView.aspx?productid=68728&typeId=16768&documentId=35981
The Drive belt is part #59. I have never opened one of these before so I can not tell you if it is a simple fix, I would open it up and peek around just a few screws on the top should open it. If you do not feel comfortable opening that unit yourself, I would take it to an Authorized DeWalt repair facility.

Dewalt cordless nail gun fires but doesn't seem to feed the nails very well, alot of misfires.

Try another brand of nails -- maybe your gun doesn't like those. Also, blow any dirt out of the nail magazine.

Nailer jams with 1-5/8 brads

It sound to me that the 1 5/8 brads are not 18 guage but probably 16 guage and they will not work. Double check them first before going any further. You can usually lay them next to the smaller ones that work and see the size difference, if not let me know and I will dig deeper.
