The software is available from RCA's website. They even have a specialized page for the Opal series at www.rcaopal.com - you would have to cell them directly if you wanted a new installation CD.
What CD are you trying to install? What is the make and model of the MP3 player? There will not be any file info, if there are no files. Once I have more information I can assist you further if need be. You can connect mp3 players directly through usb and drag and drop mp3's and transfer them that way without software. hi. i also have the same problem. i cant install may mp3, my computer cant recognize my mp3 player. i tried installing the disk but it wont install because im using vista. i tried searching over the net for installer but cant find one. please help me please. thanks
