If you insert Sim it shows Invalid Sim means it locked to some Network,You need to Unlock it,You can get the free unlocking instructions from here

That's cause your phone , you buy bundle with sim card, so provider protect phone to use sim by other provider, or you ever set phones password to use sim, if nothing like that go to service center to solved your problem.

i have the same problem i keep on putting my sims in (one tesco sim & one voda phone sim) and it said the same thing invalid sim. the sim regestars for about 2 seconds then it either says invalid sim or emergancey calls. whats a matter with it should i send it back.kjr2502
