It simply stopped working as I ws driving down the road. earlier there had been a "low battery warning" I don't see a port for a battery or fuse anywhere???

    I have a car charger for the unit and it was hooked up when the unit shut down. I thought that it might be the cig. lighter port so tried another vehicle and a cig lighter adaptor for charging off AC. Niether of them would cause the unit to operate. I don't thingk that I have three bad cig. lighters but rather a unit that no longer works (it's probably only a year old) Can't seem to locate any opening for a battery or to get to the inside of the unit. I suppose that is intentional?

You will need a car charger to be able to charge it on your car, or use it while charging. See the image below.

Radio
I'm assuming that you lost elec power to the radio? If so, check fuses first.
Not sure about 96, but the 2000 has a small plastic door in the side of the dash when you open the driver door. If you do have power, then try AM and FM etc...might be antenna connections. There is something strange about the electrical routing with some of these models - like the engine computer is routed through the radio? Don't quote me - keep searching -and good luck.

After driving my car 2006 chevy impala for about 20 miles the dashboard warning light oil pressure low stop engine and the oil warning light appears, but if step on break or slow down it goes out..wha
Verify that the engine has the proper amount of oil. The inertia from accelerating may be moving the oil in the oil pan away from the sensor and causing it to send a signal, then when you slow the oil levels out and the sensor go's off. I've had this happen alot with a taurus that I owned. The simple solution was to top off the oil to the correct level and the sensor did not come on again (until it ran low again, had a leaky oil plug on oil pan).

sometimes the alternator can make this sound, especially if the battery is low & the alternator is charging at its maximum or if the voltage regulator is faulty, check the charge rate it should be around 13.8.to 14.5 volts use a volt meter to do this......hope this helps......cheers.

When im driving down the road and stop at a red light/stop sign, my air conditioner doesnt do anything. when i take off and driving, it puts col cold air out but not blowing though. is this a fuse or relay...
If the blower is actually not operating i.e. you don't hear the fan motor at all, it is likely a blown fuse. When you stop if the air gets warm, it could be an indication that the system is getting low on freon.

I have just copied data to TRANSCEND 25M3 640G USB 3.0, then i run VMWare Image from my external. Then after i want to shut down my laptop, then click safely remove, but it prompt 'USING IT, STOP...
You really can't purchase a USB 3.0 port for you computer, I know for a fact that the G60 doesn't have an expansion port that would allow such a device.
I don't understand the prompt either, to be completely honest.
If you're asking if its prompts you to format the drive, and asks are you sure, that's a good feature.
But, other than that, reply with a little more detail and I'll be glad to go more in depth with you.

I can't turn my olympus digital voice recorder WS-450S on, even with a new battery, i hadn't used it in a while, so i was shocked that it didn't work. It only turns on if i plug it in to the computer, but...
I've got this same problem :( Turns on when I plug it in to the USB, stays on when I disconnect it but if I turn it off I can't turn it back on again. It is showing a "battery low" warning and I tried to charge it via the USB last night, but it seems to stop charging after a while and despite being left for a good time last night, this morning it is the same and I've had another battery low warning.

I've just found the full pdf manual online, and have found (on page 80) a reference to it not always behaving stably when connected via a USB hub. I'm going to try to charge it via a direct port and see if that fixes it.

Parking brake light turns on while driving down the road. with the parking brake off.
hi from uk if you are saying the parkbrake warning light on dash comes on whilst driving ?? this light/warning is also linked to the brake fluid reservoir level and if level is low ? it will cause parkbrake light to come on the low fluid level may be simply the displacement of fluid as the brakepads/shoes wear thin over time so req's topping up however !if fluid is very low? may i suggest you make sure you do not have a leak somewhere ie cylinders? considering age of vehicle might be worth checkingbrke pads if not recently replaced ? and renew them if req'd? hope this helps ?

How do I put my 09 Suzuki SX4 AWD in lock position ?
You have a switch down by the shifter, on the side. You simply toggle the switch to lock position. You don't what to do that on dry pavement. Just put the switch in auto. The computer will engage and disenage when needed. Don Suzuki guy
