it's an internal ckrt error you need to have a dealer repair it. unless you know how to troubleshoot electronics and read schematics. there is no quick fix.
Hi guys, I just replaced 40ah x36 batteries, 12v into 40kva ups. With my cal, it suppose to back for about 40min at 60% loading. But now my client said they only have 10min back up. What may be wrong? Please help out
Power ware has a powerpass bypass switch for $200.00.
There is two inputs on this bypass switch. One for power, and one for the generator.
One ouput for your UPS. There you have it... There is your soluiton. I might add one other thing called a Power Guard, PMM117, to monitor the power of the backup generator. The time delay of this device will prevent over current from cooking your UPS power supply.
They also have a Hardwired version that is more expensive for you 5, 6 ,10KVA UPS. So a automatic bypass switch is what you need.
