Hi from retired Englishman in SW France, (Quote) Error code H20 If the machine is not in the demo mode and this error is displayed it means there is no water being supplied to the machine. To cancel press and hold start/cancel then press again to cancel the drain and the machine should now be reset and display 'ON' as usual.
If your machine IS in demo mode come back to me and I will tell you how to get back to normal mode - it's too long to put in this solution ;-0)

These are the notes I have- Providing it is not in demo mode, H20 means 'no water is being supplied'. Press and hold 'start/cancel', release then press again to cancel the drain. The machine should now be reset.
If H20 returns there is a problem with the water supply- the hoses are kinked or squashed, the taps are not turned on fully or the water inlet valve is malfunctioning, apparently!

Sounds like your water pressure switch is faulty. You can replace this easily by removing the top panel, the part is round and about 2-3 inches diameter, it has a thin pipe connected to it that goes to the tub and 2 or 3 wires plugged onto it. H20 normally means not filling but sounds like the switch is faulty. Hope this helps
Hi dear.OE code related to drain problem.Please checked the filter,open it,clean it & check for any obstacle blocking the pump to do it's function.(Impeller of pump should freely turn.)Please also check drain hose for kink & blockage.Please keep in mind,some times pump seems normal but it can malfuntion & needs to be replaced.If you are not sure,please call service centre.I hope that helps.Thanks.
