Your unloader valve is sticking, take a look at the attached link for information on how to repair the problem.

Hi TG,

Check the filter screen on the hose connector, it may be clogged.

Other than that Air in the lines causes the same symptoms. Then it stops once the water gets there.

If the screen in clogged. the water doesn't get there, at least not quick enough for a steady stream.

Honda GVC 160 lost pressure - noticed small black valve (back - rear) after pressure builds up , short spray then nothing - hot water comes shooting out the black valve - did something pop off?

The small black valve is called a thermal relief valve. If it is open you will have no pressure. If the water is getting hot enough to pop that valve, there might be internal problems with the pump.

My Karcher vert shaft Honda powered washer cuts out when your washing kinda like when you release the trigger (except you haven't) like the relife is opening early what's wrong?

They USUALLY don't have aa true relief valve, but instead when pressure is up, it prevents any more water from enetering the pump.

REBUILD the valve as usually the O-rings in it are worn.

Karcher 2400 psi washer- no pressure

if the water is flowing
the valves need to change
if no water pistons in pump need to change.

i had this same problem on my pressure washer.the pump had some broken parts in it .i found my replacement pump on EBay.

My Karcher high pressure sprayer is delivering intermitant pressure.Every 15 seconds or so it developes high pressure for only about two seconds. Why is it not delivering a constant high pressure stream?

Check that the water supply is constant , it sounds like the pump might be pushing out more water than can be delivered , or it could be a dirty inlet filter

Water comes through nozzle, but no pressure. it is a john deere, with a honda engine.

The engine doesnt matter. Most pumps are DeVille Bliss. Get the model off the pump and go to their website for trouble shooting information.

Karcher K3.92 M 1750 PSI poweer Washer motor won't start. Followed Reset/Test/Reset sequence with cord plugged directly into outlet. Light on cord near Reset comes on when Reset pressed down but goes off...

They are sensitive to large extention cords. My father in laws pops reset when a small cord is used. If internally shorted- motor will continually pop the reset even plugged direct to outlet. Check voltage at outlet.

Make sure that while you are running your pressure washer, other machines that pull

large volumes of water like a dishwasher or washing machine are not running. check and make sure

the hose you have tied to the pressure washer is not collapsing or has any kinks in it.

check the filter where your water hose ties in to your pressure washer, make sure it

is clean and does not have any debris or hardwater buildup, clean the tip at the tip of

the wand. if it is reduced in size by hardwater buildup, will not work properly, good luck!
