Not sure if anyone has come across this problem before. I have had 3 tv's in my son's room and all 3 different models including old one alba 19 inch lcd and another all just stopped working. Changed fuse in plugs and still nothing. Now my Alba lcd32880hdf downstairs in the living room has done exactly the same thing changed the fuse and still nothing, opened all tele's up and does not seem to be a seeable fault. Lcd in my bedroom and daughters bedroom are ok. Any solutions or any direction would be much appreciated as it is getting expensive. 19inch was new not even month old and 32inch alba is 1 1/2 years old

Very strange, perhaps a lightning strike nearby but to have so many tv's all fail at once, I would think this beyond just the tv's failing, do lights flicker or get dim then bright in your house. The neutral leg of your house wiring could be loose or corroded causing power surges specifcally to your house. May I also suggest, if you've never heard of a tv 's name before you see it in a store, don't buy it. Buy a respected name that you have actually heard of before. Good luck deborah! If you know the electrician who rewired, could you inquire with him/her to have them check the neutral leg of the incoming line. TV's are especially susceptable to current surges. To have so many fail at once is certaily worth looking into. I'd be worried about an electrical fire if the problem continues. Hope i've been of some help. Good luck deborah!
