My Bizhub 350 is giving me a malfunction code of C-OBAO
Finisher exit tray drive failure if a trash can or box got put under the tray and the tray tried to move it will show this code if you are lucky you can reset the code by leaving the machine on and open then close the front door if it wont reset the gears are stripped and the motor will have to be replaced

I have a di3510, wich is very similar. I get this code often. Usually it´s just a malfunction on the finisher. The shutter mecanism. Turn off and move the finisher parts with the hands and turn the mahine on. Usually works for me after 2 tries or so.

I have just bought a Minolta Di450. The first time I used it, I used the Electronic Document Handler, copies two-sided from single sided, sorted, and stapled the stack. The copy was a little light and had a single line run horizontally on most of the pages. There was also a line about one inch wide on some of the pages.The originals are 16 sheets making the copies 8 back to back sheets. Half way through the stack, the back of each sheet has faint "ghost" copies. This "ghost" text came from the back of the previous sheet. The 16 origninals are numbered on the bottom center beginning with #49 and running to #64. Every even number (the back of each odd number) has the page number copied lightly - a "ghost" image- on the top of the page centered. Does code C-OBAO refer to these problems? And if so, what do I do about it.? Can I deal with this myself, or do I really need to call a technician?
Hello, can you confirm if you have "zeros" or the letter O in the error code? Also, this is a black and white 350 and not a color C350?? Thank you.
