You can purchase a screen repair kit from Ebay or Amazon for that phone. Replacing it is kinda scary if you have never done it before but trust me it is no big deal. You simply use small screw driver to pry up the broken screen and gently remove the old broken one. Use the kit to replace it. Good Luck!
the lcd of your phone now is broken..just go to the nearest mobile phone repair shop because you have to replace a new lcd on your phone...your problem now is solve.
You should see ur Iriver box and see the gurantee.
If it is yet not expired
go to the shop from where you bought it and tell them to put a new screen or exchange it.
