The 3 blink error is caused by failed convergence ICs and the six 2.2 ohm resistors. Installing the convergence repair kit for your model should solve the issue. The kit is available from www.tvrepairworld.com the kit contains the 2 ICs with heat sink paste, the 6 resistors and the cd with instructions
On Panasonic if you are getting 3 blinks is usually a convergence failure. You can get parts with instructions on how to fix this yourself from www.TvRepairKits.com
You have a defective temperature sensor 3 blinks flashes oncenevery 5 seconds IC2301(pin74 and 75) detects open or short of the Temperature Sensor (R2911) on Front Thermistor C.B.A., then indicates the error when Temperature Sensor is open or shorted. (The error is not detected for 1 minute after Lamp ON.)

your convergence power supply blew a fuse & probably one if not both of the STK ics. Normally when this happens the short takes out the low value resistors connected to the ics. it is common practice in the shop to replace both STKs and resistors
You need to adjust screen drives on Red Green Blue tubes ,does all 3 of them light up? Focus/screen control box is in front of TV behind front panel Turn color off then adjust all 3 tubes to where you have a black and white looking picture, now turn color back on.
