If you can't print from your Epson printer because it shows a 'Printer Down' alert, then learn how to get an Offline Epson Printer Online or make any changes to your printer settings, and you'll get your printer back online and you can resume printing your documents again. If you're using an Epson offline printer, patch windows 7, or windows 10. Then you can quickly fix the offline printer issue with the built-in toggling option between offline mode so that you can get your Epson printer back online.

Epson Printer Offline Windows 10 normally applies to a printhead issue and the displayed error message will flash on the screen. The lights will begin to blink as a symbol of this Offline 10 window. Caused by any international garbage inside a printer roller or due to a paper jam in a printer and many other PC reasons.

Printers says it is offline

hi,
Being 'offline' means there is no communication between the printer and your PC.
To change it to 'online' try the following:
  • On the start menu,go to printers and faxes and check out installed printers.
  • Double click on your printer and a window pops up.On this window go to printer on the menu bar and uncheck 'use printer offline'. Try printing now.
  • Still offline?
  • Uninstall the printer[make sure you have installation disk]
  • Unplug the printer from power and your pc too.
  • Plug them back after a few minutes and start installation afresh.
  • After installation restart your pc.
  • Now print!
Worked for me,hope it works for you!
THANK YOU!

Yahoo messenger is unable to download files needed for installation please check firewall settings and retry installation

Then perhaps we could alter the way of the installation just a bit, instead of doing the setup online, why don't we give it a try for the offline ones. Here's the link for stand-alone setups you might want to check-up : 1) http://www.mydigitallife.info/yahoo-messenger-10-final-full-version-offline-standalone-setup-installer-download/ 2) http://www.geckoandfly.com/6309/download-yahoo-messenger-10-full-offline-installer-15-8mb/

I believe you meant facebook chat? This is all-known problem. Sometimes reinstalling your browser might fix this problem. If you use Internet Explorer try Mozzila Firefox or Google Chrome.

My HP deskjet D4260 is offline. I have tried everything to resolve this but cannot find a way of etting it back online. Please help

Once you have added either a USB or networked printer to your PC or Mac computer, you can begin sending documents to print. However, on occasion, a print command will create an error on the printer and take it offline, which will prevent all future jobs from printing. To resolve this issue, you will need to change your printer settings from offline to online.
PC Instructions - Open the Start menu and click on the "Printers and Faxes" icon. This will open a window with a list of the printers currently set up on your computer. - Double-click on the icon of the printer you want to change to online. A pop-up window detailing all current print jobs will open. - Go to Printer in the menu bar of the pop-up window and uncheck "Use Printer Offline." This action will change the printer from offline to online.
Mac Instructions - Open System Preferences by clicking on the icon in the Dock. - Go to the Print & Fax control panel under the Hardware category. - Select the printer you want to take online from the list on the left side of the screen. Then click on the "Open Print Queue" button. - Click on the "Resume Printer" button at the top of the queue window to change the printer from offline to online.

I will see my friends online ,type a message ,

This could be a browser problem as sometimes this happens to me when using Firefox. If you use Firefox, switch to Internet Explorer and see if that works. If Internet Explorer, then try Firefox. Its not a problem with your laptop, just some minor software issues. Worst comes to worst, you can reboot your system using the Dell recovery discs, but shouldnt have to go that far

I cant connect to steam online

Try to logoff and log back on.
Also check to see if you are not in offline mode.
If you need to repair the installation, go to Control panel and Add/Remove programs.
Find the Steam installation, and click remove.
It should give you an option to repair it, instead of uninstall the software.
After the repair operation, reboot the computer and see if that helps.
Good Luck!
