Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
LG's 'FE' stands for 'overFlow Error' (or Flood Error is how I remember it!) and 'PE' for '(water) Pressure Error'.
So- looks like you have a leak which has been detected by the sensor in the flood detection tray underneath which is there for exactly that purpose, sorry.
Service call ;-0(

If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Pe code fix on lg washing machine

This means that the water pressure switch did not return the water level in the expected length of time. Unplug the washer for several minutes (up to 10) to check for a transient error. Make sure that the washer drain isn't siphoning out the incoming water. (The end of the drain hose in the stand pipe or sink should be higher than the highest water level in the washer.) Check that the wires haven't come loose at the pressure switch. Check that nothing is blocking the air tube attached to the switch. Check the wiring harness for corrosion or damage. (Check the pins at both the switch and the control board. Make sure that the wiring harness has continuity on all of the conductors.) If the problem goes away after cleaning, then you're good. If the wiring is damaged, replace that. If the problem doesn't go away, then the pressure switch should be replaced.

If the washer won't start the wash cycle before giving the PE error, the heating element could be the problem. Check the resistance across the element.

If the washer shows the PE error when you press start or are setting a wash program, then the either there is damage to the elements that control the pressure switch or control board is damaged and has to be replaced.

If you see random PE errors, check for other loose wiring, particularly between the heater and the control board. Make sure to twist wires together securely and add shrink tubing to insulate the wires.

I hope this helps.

Getting FE error saw a answer for this model on fixya said to clean the float module where no plastic float on bottom of washer

The FE error or fault code indicates that the washer is overfilling due to a defective water inlet valve. The valve is not repairable and will need to be replaced. If the error persists even after the water inlet valve has been replaced there may be a problem with the main control circuit board

My Lg problem is FE?What Ihave to do?

zjlimited_1817.jpg

Turn the water taps clockwise to close them and unplug the washer if "FE" or "PE" appears on the display. The "FE" error means the water valve is faulty and the washer is overfilling. "PE" means the water level sensor is faulty.

Hope helps.

Error message - PE.... on lg intello washer. my washer is full of clothes and water.it won`t get to the cycle for rinsing .I press on auto-off , then start-pause . the light for water-level does not go on...

Is there a lot of water inside like more than normal? That is a pressure sensor error. Check pressure hose inside the washer. It is a small hose about 5/16" diameter connected to the tub and pressure switch. If there's a hole in it the air scape and the pressure switch will not turn off the water. The control board detects the problem and stop will show error code.

Our LG model WM2032HW intermittently show up with th FE code what could be wrong and can it be fixed by us?

FE error code means water is overflowing. The water is over 8 level. When FE is displayed, the drain pump will operate to drain water automatically. Otherwise the pressure switch assembly is malfunctioning. Check and replace if necessary. Part number is 6600FA1704X.
The pressure switch assembly shuts off the water inlet valve when the desired water level is reached. It then activates the drain pump when the water inlet valve is not deactivated.
