Congrats on your new home. Usually i would say you should determine the exact part which has the leakage and purchase a replacement, but considering the situation replacing one part does not necessarily solve all the problems both noticed and un-noticed. So instead i would advice you get an expert to do a complete assessment of the entire unit to ensure you enjoy the hot tub and reduce your cost as there is no guarantee that the leakage is the only problem with the unit.
Also the leakage could have caused other damage to the unit which would need repairs and an expert can help check for foreseeable damages to the unit.
