SOURCE: unable to find usb device in media studio
Does your device show up as a separate device in windows explorer? If so you may drag and drop files directly onto it.
Alternatively you can download alternative free media players like winamp and rhapsody which do the same job as media player.
If your device does not show up in windows explorer then you may have a usb problem on your Samsung media player. This is most likely to be a hardware fault which I don't know a free/cheap solution to.

Go to the Samsung website and get the latest firmware.
Don't use Emodio - use Windows Media Player
also, make sure the hold/lock is not engaged
