Red & Black are PRETTY MUCH always the Transformer Pwr (12v delivered: (9V DC working...Red is positive)).
So the video should be your yellow & blue/
(I thought green (but what do I know)).

I have every confidence your cables are going someplace EVEN MORE COMPLEX you have not even mentioned. You really need to share that BEFORE DEFINATIVE answers can be given abort ONE end of your cable.
The primary question
Are you using Philips/BNC (cannon-PWR)/ connectors or the RJ45 type... using individual power transformers or Power Distribution panel... Direct to a video screen (TV monitor).. or a NVR real-time matrix... or DVR recording system
