I'm getting an E1 error. I need to get the Lube and Walk kit, but I can't make the tread rotate. Is there another problem? I turn the machine off and then turn it on, but when I hit the "Quick" button, the E1 error appears. Even if I lube it, how will it rotate if the belt isn't moving?

Triumph 400T belt won't turn, and get E1 error message

You have to check the Speed sensor of the tread. IF the speed senor is faulty this problem can occur. Normally in all treadmills E1 denotes the speed sensor error.

Treadmill makes loud grinding sound when I run in the middle of the tread. it doesn't make the noise if I run on the left side.

1)you must LUBE the DECK BELT, inmediately, for to avoid the friction
2)LUBE the rollers bearing.too
3) See the main motor for bearing and repair the motor for bearint too.
4) If the problem persist you have worn deck belt, and replace.

I did not get a vehicle scheduled maintenance guide with our used car, how often do we need to get the lube and oil and how often do we need to get tire rotation. we have a 2002 ford mustang.

Oil change every 3000 miles

air filter inspect every 3000 miles // less if you in the country
Change every 12,000 miles

There is nothing to lube on a modern day car!

Wheel bearing inspect every 12,000 miles.

Fuel filter 24,000 miles or less

Tire rotation is depending on are you a lead foot driver.
Keep tabs on the rear treads.
The rear wear faster on RWD car.
The idea is keep the wear even.

Shop around, some shop is offering free tire rotation with oil change!

I rotate my tires every 6000 miles.
