I have a Latitude E6400 and I'm trying to boot and load a Windows 7 from my Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Pro. My computer recognized the hard drive but is loading a Windows Boot Manager. The Boot Manager gives me this :
File: \MiniNT\Windows\System32\boot\winload.exe
Status: 0xc000000e
Info:The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.
I have checked and the hard drive isn't corrupted and if I don't boot from the hard drive, my computer runs fine. What do I need to do to access my hard drive?

Hi, Welcome to Fixya. Once you connect the harddrive on the computer go to my computer or computer then right click on the seagate drive then select format. On the window that will pop out on the screen select Fat32 then format the drive. Please use windows xp or 7 because vista don't have fat32 but exfat. Thanks
Try the drive on another computer. If it is recognized there, you might be looking at a larger issue on your Mac. If it doesn't, the GoFlex's drive or boards may have failed.
Switch off and on your Freeagent, that should cause a driver to be loaded. If no change reset your Laptop. You should also upgrade to Windows 10, since WINDOWS 7 IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED.
Yes, but because it's a hard disk and has low transfer speeds it will actually slow down the pc instead of making it work faster. Ready boost is designed to be used only with memory sticks of the latest generation.
Windows 7 probably don't recognize it. keep an eye out for it at the manufactor website, for a driver. Windows 7 is turning out to be like windows vista
