Redeye How can I correct redeye images?

Samsung Syncmaster P2370ms is a computer monitor which is why it is not working. I beleive RedEye Mini is only for TV's. Sorry

Most of the photo editing software available has the ability of easily getting rid of red-eye. I've had a lot of luck doing this with both Photoshop & Photoshop Elements.

The Specialty Print service on the Epson RX680 allows you to restore colors in faded photos, correct poorly exposed photos, reduce redeye, and even crop while you copy photos.

We gotta pick up the manual to get into the Fash Mode & switch off/on  anti red-eye / auto / fill in / off / slow flash

Use a free image editing software like Picasa from Google. http://picasa.google.com/ . You can perform basic photo editing tasks easily using this including brightness, colour, crop, resize, redeye etc. For Professional editing you will definately need Adobe Photoshop.

if u have the software of windows photomanager then u can remove red eye from the photo r see the settings of ur camera

bubba41, You didn't mention using the built-in pop-up flash that's when you get the "red-eye" and you can set the flash for redeye reduction when it's used.  If you are taking an indoor photo without the flash, if the redeye reduction is on turn it off that would eliminate the zombie or X-men eyes you are describing. randy320sgi

The same lamp used for AF is also used as a preflash for redeye reduction. Turn off redeye reduction as well as AF assist.

I have a sanyo S750 and I can't find out how to correct red eyes with flash. Can you help?

Red-eye is actually caused by the light from the flash bouncing off the back of the retina and picking up the color red from the blood vessels. To correct this effect, follow these steps: Turn the mode dial to PlayBack Mode (green arrow) and display the image with redeye. Press OK\Menu button. Using the arrow pad, navigate to MODE MENU>EDIT>REDEYE FIX. Press the right arrow key, START will display. Press OK\Menu After {BUSY} bar displays, a screen will display with an option to cancel or save the image. ? If the option [Go] is displayed, press the OK\Menu button. This saves a corrected version of the image. ? If the option CANCEL is displayed, than the camera was unable to correct the image. Press the left arrow key to exit. This correction may not work on all pictures. If you import the original image into Olympus Master software you can also apply the Red-Eye fix located in the Edit menu. This lets you precisely pinpoint the eye area and remove the red. It even lets you remove green or blue, which can occur with animals.
