I can't see my partner on omegle when i asked the can u see me they say they can't see there is just blank cam

have you installed the drivers for the cam,have you got the disc with the drivers?,if not ask windows to go and find the updates drivers for the cam.

If you go to testmycam.com, you're able to test it. You can also go to devic manager to look for the camera device. If you doesn't find it, either youre cam or cam-cable/lvds is broken, it depends on which model this is. If you can provide which model it is, I'd be able to help you further.

i did send a message to omegle reporting this trouble, because i don't know how fix ti.

When you use Omegle, we pick someone else at random and let you have a one-on-one chat with each other. To improve safety, you're kept anonymous unless you tell someone personal info (not suggested), and you can stop a chat at any time. If you prefer, you can add your interests, and Omegle will look for someone who's into some of the same things as you, instead of someone completely random.

Doe it work in CyberLink? If so, it's the Omegle settings.

If the camera works just fine in other programs or so ..it means there is nothing wrong with it or its drivers and just the program you are trying to use is either damaged or not supported well and either need to be reinstalled or needs extra settings ..usually in this kinda programs you have to select the exact device to use by selecting it in preferences or options ..
It may though be a case of non compatibility ..or the camera be not fast enough or different image codec ..

try to re-install again the driver of your web cam..and restart your loptap. then log on to your MSN account again.locate the web cam icon underneath your display. click the web cam icon.select send my webcam to your chat partner. wait until your chat partner accept your invitation..
