Did this just suddenly happen?If it did,unplug both the phone line and the power supply for about 5 minutes.The transformer needs to be unplugged from the wall.This is a common "reset" procedure for digital electronics which tend to lock up.Welcome to modern technology...lol.Plug everything back in.Digital is almost anything which can be programmed and a few other things such as your phone,video game consoles,modems,on and on.Whenever you have a problem of lock up or no power try doing this first.If this doesn't work,just comment here and I will get an autolink and reply ASAP.

In this case just remove the battery and the connections and keep the phone idol for about 15-20 Min and after that replug it in and it will not do that again....

to set the date and time you have to push the store button, then the arow keys up or down to get the right menu, it will go thru several things. to set date and time, ect. the arrows are the buttons by the caller id window.
I e-mailed Sakar International and got this response...
"We are sorry for the difficulties you are facing with the phone.
We suggest you unplug the phone and remove the batteries from the phone. Connect the phone back and insert the batteries after 10 minutes and check if the problem persists.

This Telephone doesnt have a capability to work with shared connections where u use more than one phone in one connection..........
And this phone cannot be charged it works in either battery or Adapter......
