The same happens with my POA-F100, but only the center channel is affected (apparently the most important for movie/tv).

Seems to be a malfunction of the speaker relay (you can hear it clicking some seconds after power on). In my case a (sometimes pretty rude) hit on the side of the compartment with the flat hand helps, so the contact just mechanically hangs.

If I find the time I will open up the compartment to see if I can get a fitting spare part relay and solder it in (so I don't have to beat my Denon Setup any more ;-)
