I have Windows Vista, and my printer is the X1270 series. After having some work done on the system some time ago, the printer did not work. With some assistance from Lexmark, I was able to get the printer option to work, but the scanner and copier commands would not. Now, after having a novice look at it, the printer does not work either. I believe he tried to uninstall, then reinstall the printer. Now I get the message ' The procedure entry point ??1Cnavigator@@QAE@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library lxczutil.dll.' when I try to print. After several tries to shut down the pop up box with that message, the system will take me to the print screen. If I hit OK, the printer does the little hiccup but doesn't actually print. When I open up the printer icon, it shows it's offline. I did hit the button to print offline, and it gave me the messate 'Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000005). Access is denied.' When I go into printer properties, I get the message 'Printer properties cannot be displayed. The local printer spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine.' Can you help with this?
