Hi....i have a wireless router dlink dir-300....im in philippines... i always got dc from the net i think coz of the router i have...coz when i connect my modem directly to the computer it won't dc....i tried reboot the router but nothing happen....how can i solve this? thanks in advance...

first coonect your wifi router witjh your laptop with ether net then go to this link

then type user :admin and password also admin or blank
then go to dhcp then enbale it with auto .
then disconnect your cable from laptop.
then go to my network places then find wireless network then simply conect your network.
thats it.

These cheaper routers sometimes just break, the only solution I can think of is get a new ac adapter (just make sure it has the same Volts like 10 Volts is common. someone like me, I have a lot of those sitting around, but for you, sounds like you'll probably just have to get another router :( sorry

just open the dlink ip homepage and configure the wireless settings

u have to setup as wep
then enable secure network then set encryption key.wihc is prompt for connect network.

when i login on it says pending so what do i do and the routersay that the net is hooked uo right

First you have to make sure that you connected it correctly. the cable coming out of the modem should be connected to the single port (Internet port) at the right when facing the back of the router.

All computers that are wired through it should be able to access the internet. if one of your computers cannot access the internet you may want to check the IP address that you are getting. (go to a command prompt and type ipconfig).

If you are connecting a wireless computer check the wireless security setting which you can find at the configuration (setup) page of the router. to access the configuration page check the owner's manual.
