My benq FP567s (lcd monitor) can't show any image (by 3 users)

this stuff connected to my pc (cpu). when I start up my pc, monitor can't show image. in the beginning, I just unplug and plug again power cable and data cable. but now, totally blank. only Green LED blinking.
how to fix it? thanks

1/ All black on FP567s with occasional faint flickering with the original CPU/PC.
2/ Troubleshooting guide in the FP567s-E.pdf says to press the Exit button to quickly show the volume of speakers builtin. No amount of pressing any button on the front effects the display.
3/ When plugged into a laptop as an addtional screen, FP567s works fine, indicating the cable is functional too.
4/ original cpu/PC graphics board SiS 651 works to generate a Windows startup logo on an LG TV.
5/ borrowed a BENQ FP222w display that works fine with original cpu/pc.
