F11 means Drainage fault.

Water present in appliance and is not being drained off. The display shows Drain fault F11. The buzzer is activated for 2 minutes.

Background information:
After each drain pump step, the circulation pump operates for 2 seconds and heater pressure switch B1/13 checks the water level. If it is too high (large quantity of residual water remaining in the cabinet), the drainage time is extended. If, after a further check, the water level is still too high, then the program is interrupted, the fault code is saved and the drain pump is activated. Fault code F11 is also registered if heater relay 1K1 is not activated after the fault code F51 register check; see Section 080-3.18. Drain hose kinked. Remedy: Check the drain hose for correct positioning.

Cause: Drain blocked.
Remedy:
1. Clean the on-site drain.
2. Check the sump drain.
3. Check the filters.
4. Check the heater pressure switch and replace it if necessary.

Cause: Ball in non-return valve in sump has not opened (e.g., jammed).
Remedy:
Clean the non-return valve in the sump or replace it if necessary. Cause: Foreign objects in the drain pump.

Remedy:
Clean the drain pump and its impeller.

Cause: Drain pump defective.
Remedy:
1. Check the voltage supply to the drain pump.
2. If correct voltage is present, check the drain pump motor winding.
3. Replace the drain pump, if necessary.

Cause: Foreign objects in heater pressure switch.
Remedy:
Check the heater pressure switch for blockages and correct switching point.

Cause: Heater relay defective. Heater relay (coil or contacts) becomes defective during the drainage step (after fault code F51 register check).
Remedy:
Replace the heater relay.

Hope this helps to solve it.

The "F11" fault code will display if the Motor Control Unit (MCU) has an internal failure; repeating under or over voltage, or over current conditions. If failure occurs during high speed spin the door unlocks after 3 minutes. The MCU (Motor Control Unit) is located beside the motor. Here is the part to order.

Descaling process counts down on the displat but no solution is running through the unit and thr counter stops on 1 min remaining

This is normal behavior, your machine is fine.
For example, the machine says "5 minutes remaining" and then it goes 5:00, 4:59, 4:58....etc all the way down to 4:01.Then it changes to "4 minutes remaining". Which is 4:00, 3:59, 3:58, etc.
So at "1 minute remaining" the machine is really at 1:00, then 0:59, then 0:58 and all the way down to 0:01.So, after the "1 minute remaining" goes away, the machine is actually done cleaning itself.

I have a Bosch WFMC2100UC101 washer that just stops in mid cycle. It may stop with 59 minutes remaining or 2 minutes remaining or anywhere in between. I have replaced the control board, but it didn't...

Its possible you have a blocked drain closer to the tub. Try tilting the machine to access underneath the machine and locate the drain pump. Then have a basin read to catch any water and remove the hose that goes from the pump to the drum and check for anything that may restrict water flow, possibly a sock. Hope this helps.

F 12 whirlpool 6 th sense washing machine.

hello,

simple ,The "F 12" error code is an indication of a water temperature sensor error. There is a chance that there is a loose wire connection on the water temperature

what you need to do to fix up your washer is to check on the wiring connection from the power supply to the water temperature indicator.

thank you and thanks for using fixya.

There is a service manual behind the control panel it will show you how to test the door locks. If might have a bad lock solenoid.
